As a holistic psychotherapist, I take a whole-person approach. I believe that in order to be authentically happy, one must attend to the health of mind, body, and spirit. This approach blends cognitive behavioral therapy with mind/body practices. I work collaboratively with clients to create personalized treatment plans. The goal is to help discover and understand any limiting patterns, obstacles, or beliefs in order to begin authentic healing and long-term strategies for awakening unconditional confidence, a stronger sense of self, and the cultivation of a full, rewarding, and vibrant life.
